Spring may be just around the corner, but right now, cold weather and gray skies are still the norm in most of the country with the leaves and greenery that decorate Summer are still missing. Slightly warmer (or more accurately, less cold) weather and a lack of foliage provides the perfect opportunity to organize a park clean-up.
